Cancellation and refund

We accept return in condition if you have received product is ‘Damaged’ OR ‘Defective’ OR ‘Not as described or shown in website while placing the order’

You have 48 hours hours to request for return of an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer Support will confirm the request and will inform you about the process.

Return request can get decline in cases of:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame i.e. 48 hours after receiving the order.
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Items are returned without original packaging
  • Customer doesn't like the content of the product or the content is not according to customers expectation.
  • Correct item was received and Shipped but is no longer needed.
  • By mistake a wrong item is ordered by customer but correct item was delivered.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 5 working days.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In case of damage product your whole paid will be refunded into your account
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order before it gets shipped
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. If you paid via a prepayment mode (credit card, debit card or net banking or other legal electronic payment mode), then your entire order amount will be refunded excluding 2.5% payment gateway charges (if any). The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges also, if the return is a result of our error. If a customer rejects a prepaid order and its already shipped/attempted then the delivery charges of forward shipping and return shipping will also be deducted. We do not replace or exchange the books have been purchased. Our customer can only receive the refund. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.
