Cancellation by Site / Customer You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will Credit your paid amount back in bank account from which payment has been made it can take up to 15 days to reflect amount into your account. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.

Process for Pilferage Claim

If a customer raises a complaint for partial item/partial order through Customer Care The customer is supposed to claim for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained

1. An Email will be sent seeking/providing following information:
-The snapshots of the packet and other box(If any)(Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the customer)
-Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
-The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation which usually requires 7-8 business day. The process will include investigation with the concerned departments

The customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

  • Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case
  • Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
  • If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day

Customer must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end

Cancellation Policy:
There is no cancellation fees on cancelling the order
In case of order cancellation request made by customer after delivery of right and proper product or service we have the rights to decline the buyer request.
If we accept the return of product or service, we can deduct the shipping charges paid by customer at time of placing order from refundable amount.

You Agree and Confirm that in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or unavailability at delivery address at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by studentbookshop.in for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
